In case the child has had a medical history of any serious disease or is suffering from any chronic illness, it is important that the school be informed at the time of admission. This is to ensure that the child is kept under watch in the school and in case of any emergency, the doctor can be informed accordingly.
Withdrawals
1. One month’s clear advance notice in writing is necessary for withdrawal of the student .
2. Transfer Certificate will be issued only after the clearance of all school dues including library, accounts, laboratory etc.
3. Students wishing to withdrawal in may are liable to pay the fees for the month of June.
4. In case a student stops coming to school , all her/his due will have to be paid till the information of withdrawal is received . Therefore, clear information in writing is necessary and is the only form of information that will be acceptable. No verbal communication will be accepted.
5. In case a child is asked to leave due to failure on account of disciplinary action or academic standards, the Transfer Certificate will be issued without any notice period , but the dues will have to be cleared till the date on which the order to leave is issued.
6. Duplicate Transfer Certificate is issued on deposit of Rs. 100/- in cash in accounts office.
7. Once the Transfer Certificate has been prepared and issued by the school but the student seeks re-admission , it will be treated as a New Admission . This will involve full payment of the fees again.
Striking off the Name from the rolls.
8. The name of the student may be struck off the rolls on account of non-payment of fees and other dues after the stipulated time.
9. If any child remains absent without permission for more than 6 consecutive days, her or his name will be struck off from the schools.
Important Note
1. Van facility is provided for the whole session. Request for seeking or discontinuation of the same in the mid of the session shall not be granted.
2. Students are not allowed to bring valuable articles and cash to school.
3. Students are not allowed to receive visitors or phone calls during school hours except in case of emergency. Verbal request to allow children to go home before time will not be accepted.
4. Every student is expected to take care of school property. He will have to pay for any damage he does to school property or anything belonging to fellow students.
5. Disobedience or conduct injurious to discipline of the school will be dealt seriously.
6. Regularity and punctuality are essential. Absence without an application will invite a fine of Rs. 10/- per day.
7. Right to amend rules is reserved with the Managing Committee ; in case of any dispute, jurisdiction will be Kurukshetra.
